NEW! The draft NYS Stormwater Management Design Manual is now online at http://www.dec.state.ny.us/website/dow/mainpage.htm developed by Center of Watershed Protection for NYSDEC. The purpose of the manual is to provide design guidance on the most effective stormwater management practices for new development sites. It will be a key component of the Phase II SPDES general permit for stormwater runoff from construction activities from all sizes of disturbance.

NPS Pollution Control Guidance

http://www.epa.gov/owow/nps/mmsp/index.html National Management Measures to Control Nonpoint Source Pollution from Marinas and Recreational Boating is a draft technical guidance and reference document for use by State, local, and tribal managers in the implementation of nonpoint source pollution management programs. It contains information on the best available, economically achievable means of reducing pollution of surface water runoff from marinas and recreational boating.
